How to add MARC Records to my Catalog System

The Video Platform provides MARC Records for use in your catalog system. Once MARC records are available, they can be easily integrated into your library's catalog system by downloading MARC batch files and adding them to your records. To download MARC Records, follow the instructions below:

  • Log in to the Video Platform Admin Portal.
  • Click on the Title Data tab and then the MARC Records tab.
  • Use the MARC records tool to generate and download your MARC file. For more information on how to do this, refer to the MARC Records Overview article.
