What's a direct URL?
June 03 2013 04:26 PM

A direct URL is a persistent URL (permalink) that can be bookmarked or shared and will always direct the user back to the intended page. When you link to an eBook, it is important to always use the direct URL and NOT the URL that appears in the address bar of your browser.

There are several varieties of eBook direct URLs:

  • Title URL: Links to a specific title.
  • Chapter URL: Links to a specific chapter.
  • Page URL: Links to a specific page.

All of these direct URLs are accessible within an individual eBook, via the Direct URLs tool on the left panel.
